“The most challenging time of the sale was when I thought the buyer would pull out due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the buyer’s FDD findings demonstrated a lower EBITDA but this was successfully proved wrong by Dental Elite, who resisted any price reduction or alteration of terms on my behalf. This enabled a smoother progression to completion.”
