Every month we are approached by a number of buyers, often associates working in practices where the principal has offered them the opportunity to either buy or buy into the dental practice. Further, sometimes buyers are seeking to offer on a practice they have come across through another means but want confirmation of the right offer to put forward.
The role of the strategic buyer valuation is to offer buyers an independent opinion as to the value of a dental business prior to you placing an offer or as part of the negotiation process. We make a charge of £350 plus VAT for each practice considered in England & Wales and £450 plus VAT for practices in Scotland.

Once the strategic buyer valuation has been completed, some buyers find that even if they do not move forward with project presented it offers them a better understanding for the next practice they choose to review or some have then chosen to instruct us to represent them through all of the negotiations until completion if they have felt unable to do so themselves.
We have two types of buyer, our open market buyers and our elite buyers, who agree to pay our fee on behalf of the vendor. Anyone can be an elite buyer and we don’t charge a fee for an individual to become one, and as we receive our fee either way, we are completely impartial to the type of buyer that purchases the practice but elite Buyers do see more practices come for sale than whole market buyers.
