We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Chiswick, London: Looking for a Dentist on a full time and part time basis!

Role Details:
 
·ASAP Start  - happy to wait notice period
·Full time role - Monday to Friday
·Part time (2 days minimum also considered)
·Working days: Monday to Friday
·Negotiable UDA target dependent on days worked
·Competitive rates
·45% private with 50% sliding scale in place when target met (all current associates meet this target, easily achievable)
·R4 Software
·Mixed practice - NHS & Private
