We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Telford, Shropshire:
My client is looking for an hard working, ethical dentist to join a family run, independent practice.
A team of friendly and welcoming to new members and the practice generally has quite a relaxed atmosphere.
The practice has a large team of long standing nursing (35 years), reception staff (37 years) along with newer qualified staff.
We would like to get the right candidate to fit within our team and patients so we are willing to wait for them but an immediate start is possible.
We put patients needs and best interests first and would like a like-minded dentist to join us.

·GOLDEN HELLO OF £15,000
·ASAP Start - Happy to wait notice period
·Part time permanent role
·Competitive UDA depending on experience
·5000 UDAs available for this position
·Working hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:15 - no weekend work
·Option to have more private work
·Mixed practice NHS & Private
·50% private & lab split
·Position to take over from current associate who is retiring
·Excellent opportunity to develop on private
·SOE Software
About the practice:
·New premises
·All surgeries are light, airy and have windows
·Practice has own car park
·Located 10 minutes from junction 5 of the M54
·Digital OPG, CEPH and intra-oral x-ray system
·Rotary endodontics for NHS /Private
·Digital iTero Scanner
·You will have full clinical support and mentor if needed
·Active CPD in-house programme available
·Internal referral possibility for orthodontics, oral surgery and implantology
Requirements:
·Dentists applying for this role MUST have an NHS performer number and MUST be fully compliant
·Willing to work as part of a team
·Communicate effectively with team and patients
·Someone is motivated
