We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. 
 
Friendly & welcoming team with supportive staff and long standing staff members.
 
Roles Details:
 
·Available to start ASAP - Happy to wait notice period
·Full or Part time options available
·Working days: Monday to Friday (minimum of 2/3 days per week)
·Flexible working
·Up to 7000 UDAs available
·Attractive UDA rates dependent on experience!
·R4/SOE Software experience
·50% private and lab split
·Private earning potential for candidate
·Full patient list to be taken over from current dentist
·SOE Software

·GDC registration and certificate
·Active NHS performer number
·UDAs at Valid indemnity insurance
