We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Stoke on Trent , Staffordshire.
 
Friendly, family orientated team, multidisciplinary 4 surgery Independent practice providing Restorative, Sedation, complex Endodontic treatments, Invisalign and Implants
 
Role Details:
 
·Start ASAP - happy to wait notice for right candidate
·Full / Part time - minimum of 2 days per week
·Competitive UDA rates - dependent on experience
·6000 UDA target - dependent on days worked
·Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with a 45 minute lunch break
·SOE Software
·50% private and lab split
·Full patient list to be taken over from current associate
·Private earning potential

Requirements:
 
·GDC registration and certificate
·Active NHS performer number
·UDAs at Valid indemnity insurance
·Proof of right to work in the UK
·DBS
