We need a Locum Dentist to work in our client's practice in STOKE-ON-TRENT (ST3), STAFFORDSHIRE.
 
Role Details:
 
·Established list in place
·Fixed day rate - £500 per day
·General dentistry with Private & NHS patients
·ASAP start until the end of the march.
·Monday-Friday available - full & part time options considered  08:15-17:30 – 1 hour lunch – Can be flexible
·50% private & labs split

REQUIREMENTS:
·Active English NHS Performer Number
·MUST be fully compliant - GDC registration, indemnity insurance, immunisations, proof of right to work in the UK, DBS & details of 2 clinical references
