We need a Locum Dentist to work in our client's practice in Berinsfield, Oxfordshire.
Role Details:
·£500 / DAY FIXED DAY RATE!
·Maternity cover contract for 11 months - dentist has been at the practice for 4 years
·Potential for a permanent contract for the right person! - this may be at a different site
·Group encourage professional development - courses available!
·General dentistry but somebody who has facial aesthetics experience would be a bonus!
·Start ASAP
·4 days a week available (Tuesday-Saturday) - 3 days a week minimum ideally
·Tuesdays & Wednesdays 09:00-18:00 (1 hour lunch)
·Fridays 08:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch)
·Saturdays 09:00-16:00 (30 minutes lunch)
·Thursdays NOT required
·5250 UDAs available
·50% labs
·45% private split up to £3000; 50% thereafter
·Payment on 15th of each month

REQUIREMENTS:
·Active English NHS Performer Number
·MUST be fully compliant - GDC registration, indemnity insurance, immunisations, proof of right to work in the UK, DBS & details of 2 clinical references
