We need a Locum Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Southampton, Hampshire.

·09:00-17:00
·£13 / UDA (day rate with target available), 50% labs & private split, £25 travel
·November-February cover

REQUIREMENTS:
·GDC registration and certificate
·Active performer number 
·Valid indemnity insurance 
·Proof of right to work in the UK
·DBS
