Job Description:

·Full time position - MUST be able to work full time / 5 days per week
·Working days: Monday to Friday
·Working hours - 08:00 - 17:00
·SOE Software
·UDA rates and target will be discussed at interview stage
·Duration to obtain NHS Performer number - 12 months!
·Mixed practice
