Luke & Paul co-founded Dental Elite in Spring 2010, both having worked in dentistry in senior management roles for another business services firm prior.

Although neither has a clinical background; Luke’s experience and qualifications in Accounting couple with Paul’s background working within the NHS have blended well to create the fastest growing agency in the sector, now accounting for over 25% of all dental practices sold in the UK every year including agent and non-agent sales. They have now brokered some of the biggest sales in the sector including a group of orthodontic practices to IDH, a cluster of practices in the North-East and reputably the first NHS practice to be sold for double turnover!
