As a former practice owner of over 13 sites, including several start-ups, Acquisitions, Tenders and Disposals, Greg is a specialist in transforming underperforming dental practices and he recently sold his final 5 sites to a PE backed Small Corporate. There will be an open Q&A session with Greg prior to the evening meal and he will also be available throughout the meal for networking.
