Role Details:
·Available to start ASAP
·Part or Full time – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
·6000 UDAs at £12
·Hygienist available
·5 surgeries
·Good private paid at 50%
·50% labs – Own Choice
·Computerised practice/Digital X-ray/CBCT
·Parking
·Full patient list
Requirements:
·GDC registration and certificate
·Active NHS performer number
·UDAs at Valid indemnity insurance
·Proof of right to work in the UK
·DBS
