We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Surrey.
Role Details:
·Start ASAP - happy to wait notice period
·Full time - Monday - Friday
·Part time also considered for this role - minimum of 2 days per week
·UDAs negotiable - rate to be discussed at interview stage
·45% private and lab split with sliding scale in place
·Competitive UDA rates - based on experience
·SOE Software
·UDA target negotiable on days worked
·Computerised practice/Digital X-ray
·Full patient list

Requirements:
·GDC registration and certificate
·Active NHS performer number
·UDAs at Valid indemnity insurance
