We need a Locum Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Telford, Shropshire.

·Monday-Friday available (full & part time options considered)
·09:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch)
·£400 / day for 30 UDAs, no private no labs (may be negotiable – discussed at interview stage)
·Ongoing until a permanent associate is recruited
·Start date ASAP
·R4 software
·Parking available
REQUIREMENTS:
·GDC registration and certificate
·Active performer number
·Valid indemnity insurance
·Proof of right to work in the UK
