Barrow-in-Furness – up to 8000 UOAs available, 45% remuneration & flexible days – Orthodontist – Cumbria

We are looking for an Orthodontist to join our client’s practice in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria:

·Permanent position
·Start date ASAP
·8000 UOAs available
·Flexible on days – ideally, you will be responsible for all UOA’s with or without therapist support – number of days worked reflect how many UOAs you want and how many days you wish to work to complete these
·Brand new start up – no orthodontist within a 45 minute drive so captive audience
·Area Team have provided a validated waiting list of patients for this years contract which are already on the system and ready to start
·As such, activity or days needed to do the contract will be much less for the first year and this is reflected in the ramped up contract value for year 1,2 and 3.  To start 350 patients will take 2-3 days a week maximum.  After year 1 when the next contract year patients are added and up to 700 will be in active treatment then it will be a full time contract at that point
·45% remuneration (NHS and private work)
·Orthotrac software
·Practice fitted out to maximise private potential
·On site parking available at rear of practice
·Barrow train station 200m away which is on the Lancaster line which in turn connects to Manchester etc.

Requirements:

·GDC registration and certificate
·Active Performer number 
·Valid indemnity insurance
·Proof of right to work in the UK
·DBS
