Exciting Changes & Sad News
The business as hectic as ever and seemingly constant developments on all fronts. Firstly, you should now notice a few subtle changes to the design of our website
which should make the dental practices for sale section in particular
easier to navigate. We are planning on making a list of more changes
once the BDA Conference is out the way so any suggestions are welcome.
Also, we are sad to announce that Alex Roberts will shortly be leaving us to take up a new position in a local residential estate agency where she can enjoy a life without the daily mention of a UDA or constant requests for the latest dental practices for sale. It goes without saying that we wish her well! Lewis (Our Temp from Last Summer) will be joining us over the summer months as a temporary replacement during his University Break so if you are interested in an admin post in Rugby, please see our careers page.
Elsewhere, all of our team work within a reasonably ambitious set of
KPIs and Targets and as a team we are pleased to say we hit our overall
target for the last quarter of our financial year, a special mention for
Luke Arnold of our recruitment team who overachieved the most against
his 'impossible' target that was set just before Xmas....

Dentistry Show
The feet are now rested and we now being the process of wading through the Interest Forms and Business Cards we collected over the last two days. Whilst it was Dental Elite's debut at The Dentistry Show as Business Sponsor we like to think we made an impact. Firstly, thank you to all of those who took the time to watch either Luke or Russell in the Business Theatre for their respective slots. We hope you found their content useful.
We have already booked for next year and will be taking back our new bigger stand after we blew the budget on sponsoring this year but we're hopeful we will also be involved in something more active than before. It was good to touch base with a number of non-exhibiting alliances as well as prospective purchasers, sellers, candidates and recruitment clients. The volume of different topics covered seemed to be vast and the number of exhibitors growing in number. Whilst we were too busy to sit in on anything other than our sponsored presentations it would appear that Chris Barrow and Barry Cockcroft gave the most talked about presentations for entirely different reasons!
With the launch of the BKH stand and a presence from two other franchise style models - one wonders what the future holds!
